All prices are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST. All spices are stone-ground and packed fresh. In case of pricing errors or inventory constraints, we reserve the right to cancel or amend orders with a full refund.
3. Dispute Jurisdiction
Any legal claim, dispute, or proceeding arising out of or related to our products and services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kasganj, Uttar Pradesh.
